Gas Safety Certificates
Your property is required to have a yearly gas check, inclusive of boilers, fireplaces, hobs or other appliances. To simplify the process for you, we can arrange for the works to take place.
Electrical Inspection Certificates
From July 2020, Electrical Safety checks are mandatory for all rental properties. The certificate will remain in-date for five years and we would be happy to arrange with our qualified electrician to carry out the works.
Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are essential to provide information to prospective tenants, these offer general recommendations and energy performance facts about your property. It is now a requirement for all rental properties to be a minimum of an E rating.
This certificate of compliance is required for any rental property that has a solid-fuel burning source such as a wood burner. We can arrange for this check to take place and provide advice for general upkeep.
